MAN’S SEARCH FOR MEANING – A Young Adult Edition by Viktor E. Frankl

This book has a lot to offer only if you have a heart to listen to it.

The first part of the book talks about the Nazi concentration camps and the sufferings of the prisoners. For me it was too much to handle. It made me so depressed that I was unable to focus on the second part of the book where the concept of logo therapy was explained. I might listen to it again, only the second part.

In bits and pieces that I could grasp from the book and have marked them as my key takeaway is that ones past cannot determine their future and that perspective towards our life can lead us to happiness or sadness, whatever we choose.

It is available on Amazon Kindle Edition, Audiobook, Hardcover, Paperback and Mass Market Paperback.
