The Merry Cherry by Elisa Anderson

Give this book a read with your little ones if they are fond of cherries and stories. I am sure kids this age will enjoy reading this book as it has colourful illustrations.

The story is about a cherry named Cherry Boo who wants to spread happiness to everyone, but no one seems to appreciate her. She decides to leave them and see if they miss her. The story has a good moral lesson about not taking things for granted and being grateful for what you have.

The book is easy to read and has repetitive phrases that help kids learn new words. It is also suitable for different reading levels, from preschool to second grade.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish it was longer and had more details about the other characters in the garden. Overall, it is a lovely kids’ book and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and educational read-aloud story for their children.

Available on Amazon Kindle Edition.
