The story, as well as illustrations in this book, are so beautiful, they ask you to keep coming back.

It’s a story about a little girl Gullu, her grandma Nanaiyya and their family (ma, papa and brother) who are out for a tree plantation exercise at the nearest tribal village. Gullu is inquisitive and has loads of questions for Nanaiyya who is answering them all patiently.

There are so many aspects the book touches like tribal community, environment safety, racism, education, etc. Definitely, a must-have on your kid’s bookshelf.

Author Deepti has promised a series of stories and I am eagerly waiting to read the next.
