I believe in praying to the universe and meditating regularly for inner peace; this book continuously repeats it. Some methods that the book mentioned, like talking to yourself before going to sleep or while relaxing, were good things to learn.
But after all that, the book claims that the subconscious mind can cure illnesses overnight. I could not grasp these tall claims just based on vague examples like “I know someone who..” or ” one of my students has..” The book kept citing verses from religious books and the overall morale was to leave everything to God. I couldn’t really agree to it.
Otherwise, a-ok book, to help you think positive and keep your mind clean of toxic thoughts.
