It says it’s “A Practical Mental Health Guide” and it stands true to the words.
The best part about this book is that it stated that it’s ok to not be ok. Like most self-help books it did not preach to stay positive and think positive but it asks us to accept how we are and try to improve and move out of it depending on the gravity of the situation.
Also, the way it’s written, funny and subtle; didn’t make me sleepy and did keep on reading. I would recommend it to all coz it has hacks and messages for all.
