There are 12 short stories of 12 different women. The stories aren’t related to each other but they do provoke you to think. There are many emotions from women’s point of view like worrying about kids, self-protection, chasing your dreams, etc. It is a women-centric book but does not go gaga over feminism.

The only downside I feel was, there should have been more stories in the book. 12 were not enough.

All stories are nice but my personal favorites are The Affair and The Protector.
